SATURDAY
Legend of darts Steve Beaten from England found it quite
easy against Koha Kokiri from Australia beaten is a man that has been here for
a long time but after Christmas the tournament begins for Beaten.
Outsider for the tournament Ian White from England could not
get started in this world Championship as he lost to Dimitri van den Bergh from
Belgium in the first round this should be seen as a disappointment for White
Englishman Kevin Painter had no problem in defeating Kim
Viljanen from Finland very easily but at least this is showing the sport is
doing well across the world.
The Man with the little goatee Simon Witlock from Australia
lost to Englishman Ricky Evens in the first round of this first round match. I don’t
think anyone really say this type of result coming so early in the competition
Vincent Van Der Vort has shown on Saturday that he might be
an outside bet to do well in the competition with a simple 3-0 win over Laurence
Ryder from Austrilia he might be one to watch out for
Phil Taylor had a simple 3-0 win over Japans Keita Ono
Taylor is always a favourite but with new darts we don’t know if he will be
good or bad.
